A DAY OF PLANNING AND LUNCH

It’s the beginning of July and that means it is time for a new planner. Why do I still use a planner with so many apps to schedule things? I guess I am old school. I like having something physically in-hand to write in and color-coded. I love the planners at Erin Condren because of the layouts and designs. I drove down to one of my favorite local areas, the Mosaic District. Not only does the area have an Erin Condren store, but there are many other shops and restaurants.

By the way, for all you New Yorkers out there, Bloomie's (Bloomingdale's) will be opening soon too! Usually, I love to eat at Bar Taco, but they were closed so I ate at True Food Kitchen. If you're looking for vegan, gluten-free, and clean food options, definitely check this restaurant out! I will definitely go back.

The food is unbelievable, as well as, the service. If you are gluten-free or have food allergies, they have so many options for you. All of their food is clean and healthy. I got the grilled chicken parm with vegetables on the side, which included asparagus, carrots, and broccoli. It was absolutely delicious.

I highly recommend going to True Food Kitchen not only because of their food, but the service is great and the atmosphere is modern and cool-looking.

After lunch, I picked up my planner. By the way, the staff at Erin Condren is so helpful. They helped me discover a new version that I think I will like even more.

Of course before I left I had to stop by Playa Bowls and grab a açaí bowl.

Also, if you want a post-lunch or dinner coffee or tea or any baked goods, don’t miss Praline’s. They have pretty much every cookie, cupcake, and macaroon you can think of.

Mosaic District is only an hour from Baltimore and is worth the drive! And hey, they just installed a retro roller rink in the middle of it all. I think it will be on my bucket list for next time!
