BE A TOURIST IN YOUR OWN CITY

I love traveling and touring cities, especially my own! Baltimore is a great city. I have been fortunate enough to work downtown this summer and it has been a blast. And by the way, Happy Belated Birthday Baltimore!

Working in customer relations, I greet people from all over the world that come to visit Baltimore. I love getting to know others and talking with others about my favorite home town. They always ask me what attractions they shouldn’t miss and to recommend the best places around the Inner Harbor to eat.

First up, restaurants. You can’t go wrong with any of these choices. Always remember when choosing a restaurant to try and make a reservation on Open Table if possible. This way you are guaranteed to not have to wait in long lines, especially on weekends.

Some of my favorites are:

Miss Shirley's - you can't go wrong with this hometown favorite for breakfast or lunch

Fogo de Chao - Brazilian-style steakhouse

The Capital Grill - Absolutely amazing!

Ruth's Chris Steakhouse - Great steakhouse

Phillip's - Hometown favorite for crabcakes

The Bygone - The view! The food!

Next up, attractions. There is always something to do when you're in the Inner Harbor. What are some favorite things to do and see when visiting the Inner Harbor?

These are some of my suggestions.

I will list some of my top favorites:

Top of the World Observation Level in the World Trade Center - my personal favorite!

The National Aquarium

The Historic Ships

Pirate and Dragon Boats

Seven Foot Knoll Lighthouse

and of course, catch an Orioles game at Camden Yards!
