Every day is an adventure with my camera, especially when it is early summer and the flowers are in full bloom. This is one of the many reasons why I love this time of year.
I can go outside and find all different types of flowers whether they are in my backyard, outside of the grocery store, and especially all over my college campus.
Flowers are fun to photograph. I love to search out a flower and compose an eye-pleasing photo. What I have learned is there are certain times of the day that are better for photographing just about everything.
Light is key when taking photos. I usually take my flower photos in the morning or early evening when the light from the sun is not directly above what I'm photographing. At these points of the day, I can capture every detail and depth within and around the flower.
