FUEL YOUR MIND



More midterm studying today. It is so important to fuel your body properly every day, especially during long study periods.


Started my morning with a simple smoothie using my Ninja Blender using just one banana, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries with some ice.


Took a 5 mile run as a break and did my favorite Blogilates exercises from Casey Ho.


For dinner, I made myself a stuffed pepper before more studying.


So simple, sauté ground beef with onion, garlic and tomato sauce. Then, add cumin, chile powder pepper and salt to taste. Add in cooked white rice, stuff the pepper and top with mozzarella cheese before putting under the broiler. Very filling and so good!


Hope everyone had a great day! Now, back to the grind.
