Today is a big study day, as I wrap up my summer online classes this week. My final is Friday and I feel like time has flown by. I'm not doing much over the next few days.
I decided to make a quick pizza lunch that is easy and simple to make using a Gluten-Free crust, organic tomato sauce, mozzarella and homegrown basil leaves. It was so delicious!
