Last night, I had the strangest dream that I was back in Miami floating on a raft in the pool at the Fontainebleau Hotel. However, when I woke up this morning I was nestled among the sheets in my bed at home.
First of all, let me just say that I loved staying at the Fontainebleau Hotel. The curved hotel is a landmark in Miami by architect Morris Lapidus. It is a larger hotel located on 22 oceanfront acres on Millionaire's Row. Everything about the hotel is 5 star, from the pools to the spa to the beautiful beach to the amazing restaurants.
One of my favorite things to do while there was waking up every morning and doing yoga on the beach and then running on the small boardwalk outside of the hotel.
Anyway, getting back to my dream...I looked it up and evidently dreams about floating in water can signify "independence, satisfaction, success and happiness." and can indicate a period of "calmness and peace in life." I think there is a lot of truth to that!
So it is a great way to start Monday, except maybe I wish I really was back floating in the pool at the Fontainebleau!
