OF ALL THE FISH IN THE SEA, I PICKED YOU



I’ll be honest, I am a 100% carnivore. I love filet mignon, porterhouse steaks, prime rib...you name it, but lately I have been loving fish!


I tried salmon at Prime, the steakhouse at High Point University, this past Fall and absolutely loved it! Now I am obsessed. Usually, I prepare it with dill and lemon. it is so good!


Fish in general is so good for you. It helps you not only feel healthier, but look healthier. Salmon is packed with omega-3’s, B vitamins, potassium, selenium and other minerals that help keep your skin clear and your mind and body healthy.


Salmon has a soft, rich taste. I will probably try some new recipes soon that I will post. If you have never tried salmon, then break out of your comfort zone and give it a try. Trying new things can be rewarding.
