Watching the Ravens vs Jaguars. Game day calls for snacks, but game snacks don’t have to be unhealthy.
Usually we make miniature hot dogs, but today I wanted to go for something healthier!
I made a small platter of fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. Topped off with some fresh basil, black pepper and olive oil balsamic drizzle and nothing is better!
I made the platter a little more festive by using a small tree cookie cutter to cut out bite-sized mozzarella pieces.
Right now, we're in the 3rd quarter and the Ravens are winning and so is this healthy snack platter!
