Today was a pretty good day I have to say. I took my quiz after a nice omelette breakfast. For lunch I made zucchini pizza boats on the grill, my new favorite. They are so simple to make and very filling. I had a small side salad and ate outside because it was such a beautiful day.
I love summer because I can go outside whenever I want and it’s warm.
The best part of the day was going to the pool. It was so nice to finally get in the water! I swam laps for an hour, which felt amazing. The sun and cool water just hits different.
I am so excited to swim more! I felt that my body definitely needed it after a long, long week!
I feel that swimming clears my mind. Its just me and the water. Take time for yourself, especially at the end of a week.
Next time you go to the pool try to swim a few laps or grab a kick-board and kick. Just have fun with it! Swimming is one of the best forms of exercise because it is low impact.
